There are absolutely NO RETURNS on our products but we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange if you believe the product you received is defective within the first 7 days. To qualify for an exchange you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 7 days of receipt of your product. Please be aware that before any exchange, store credit or replacement hair is honored, we must receive the product at our facility for quality control inspection. We reserve all rights to decide if the product is defective. There will be no refunds or exchanges on hair that has been warn, colored, lifted, straightened, permed or chemically altered.
Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. Please contact us prior to making any decisions on unwanted products.
All Custom Units are final sale.
If an exchange is approved by the Runwaycurls team, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the transaction. Please note that issues concerning length and colour variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange. Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each bundle while it is still tied to make sure you are satisfied with the product. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order.
