Only if an exchange is approved, the Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Please note that issues concerning length and colour variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange. Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each bundle without removing the tie. When returning a product be sure to select a signature required delivery so that you are certain we receive your product. Any unreceived items will not be refunded or credited.
If RunwayCurls ships you the wrong item, we will send you a return label, once we receive the product, we will reship you the correct product and take care of the shipping cost. No refund will be issued.
