Runway Curls does not issue refunds. We do offer EXCHANGES ONLY within 7 days of receipt of your product. To qualify for an exchange please send an email to email@example.com or call us directly at Customer Service at 404-832-0801 with 7 days of receipt of package.
Please be aware that before any exchange, store credit or replacement order is done, your return must pass quality control. There will be no exchanges on hair that has been worn, washed, colored, lifted, straightened, permed or chemically altered.
Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange.
